Keyboard Use

• playing a new game;
• making moves;
• take back and replay moves;
• commands menu;
• Microsoft Windows keyboard shortcuts;

• highlight the cursor (if it is not visible) pressing the key Spacebar;
• set the cursor on the chessman you want using arrows for moving the cursor;
• choose the chessman by pressing the key Enter;
• establish the cursor on the square of a new position of the chessman;
• select the move by pressing the key Enter;
• if you made your last move with the pawn to the last horizontal line
  • use arrow keys to display a chessman to which the pawn should turn out to (<- and ->) ;
  • choose the chessman pressing the key Enter;

Note. The key Spacebar operates the cursor on the board. Pressing the button will show the cursor on the screen, if it unseen, and vice versa, if the cursor is seen on the board, press the button to hide it.

• set the keyboard focus to the Take Back Move button, using the key Tab;
• take back move by pressing the key Enter;
• if it's necessary to take back some moves, press the key Enter repeatedly;

• set the keyboard focus to the Replay Move button, using the key Tab;
• replay move by pressing the key Enter;
• if it's necessary to replay some moves, press the key Enter repeatedly;

Note. The key Tab operates the position of focus for acceptance of commands from the keyboard. With its help it is fashionable to select buttons or a board for control. Thus pressing Tab moves focus in the direct direction, and Shift+Tab in the opposite direction.

Note. To choose a command from the menu you should use standard shortcuts of Microsoft Windows submitted below.
